Just a tiny fraction (pun intended) of what you pay.
Ownity charges a small fee depending on the event:
NFT is successfully fractionalized and co-purchased on an external marketplace;
whole NFT is purchased by a single person on an external marketplace;
NFT/ co-owned NFT is sold on an external marketplace;
NFT fraction is sold on the Ownity Fraction Market.
The fees are only charged if the event is complete.
The fees are flat percentages whose ETH expression will differ depending on the listing price.

NFT Co-Purchase / Purchase - 2.5% Of Listing Price
NFT Sale - 2.5% Of Listing Price
