The Buyer initiates a “buy NFT fraction” transaction in the Proxy Smart Contract and pays the listed price.
The NFT Fraction record is transferred from the NFT Fraction Seller address to the NFT Fraction Buyer address.
The NFT Fraction Buyer can partake in the Co-Owner votes on listing the NFT for sale proportionally to the size of their NFT Fraction.
